This hotel has a charming atmosphere with a lovely creek view from the balcony and delightful evening wine and cheese offerings. However, some issues like noisy rooms and ant infestations were a letdown. Luckily, the friendly staff made the experience better overall.

we had a fantastic experience this summer! the location was perfect, just a short walk to downtown, which exceeded my expectations from our previous stay. the staff were super friendly, and we enjoyed relaxing by the creek with lovely views.
the continental breakfast was lacking variety.

The outdoor pools offer a relaxing escape, with the sound of the flowing creek right there to enjoy. The balcony overlooking the water creates a serene experience, perfect for unwinding.
The cleanliness of the beds was a letdown. some felt like sleeping on bricks, with a musty smell lingering. Certain areas around the property, including the patio, could use a bit of TLC as spider webs were hanging about, and trash seemed to pile up near the trash cans. Notably, the hot tub felt cold even though I confirmed its temperature before my stay, and the breakfast options could have had a bit more variety, especially in terms of hot foods.

Perfect Getaway by the Creek
Staying here was a delightful experience! The cozy Double Room with Balcony provided a perfect view of the serene creek below, making it feel like we were deep in the mountains, despite being close to downtown. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt right at home. I appreciated the clean accommodations and the availability of both indoor and outdoor pools for relaxation. One downside was the limited breakfast selection, which could use some improvement.

This was just a nice choice for a fleeting trip in Gatlinburg with best value. We saw a bear cub just outside our door one evening, which was unforgettable. Try to get a room with a balcony overlooking the creek for a better experience.

Great family time with awesome pool!
We loved our stay! The indoor pool was a huge hit with the kids, they played for hours. Listening to the river was super relaxing and we even spotted a family of otters! The breakfast options were kinda lame though, just a few dry choices. But the lawn area for picnics is nice!

Charming Stay with Heartfelt Details
We loved our two-night getaway! The complimentary wine and cheese in the evenings felt personal and inviting. Also, the breakfast bar offered a cozy start to our days. Just a heads up, the hot tub had issues, but the heated pool was a great alternative. Planning to return soon!
